It can be used as a natural sweetener in bakery products, tahini, hot and cold drinks, yoghurt, ice cream and rice. It is a great alternative to sugar. Carob molasses is also known as a traditional remedy for cough and sore throat. It is rich in calcium (almost three times more than milk). 100 ml.
