Refund policy

For returns and exchanges related to the product, you can submit your return or exchange request on the day your order is delivered until 22:00 (10:00 PM) via email at lokumfoods@gmail.com or through our WhatsApp contact line.

You may inform our customer representative of the reason for your return or exchange request through these channels. Your request will be reviewed as soon as possible, and we will get back to you promptly.

To return a product and receive a refund, you must send the package back to us using the return barcode that we have provided to you. The shipping cost for the product you wish to return or exchange is the responsibility of the customer.

Once the products reach us, the refund will be processed and transferred to you within 3 business days.
